List of Works by Emanuel Bach and How They Were Compiled

This site contains three lists of works by Emanuel Bach. Since his works have at least two types of catalog numbers, we have created a list in Wq number order and a list in H number order. Additionally, there is a list in chronological order of composition. These lists are compiled by aggregating information from the IMSLP site, which collects Bachʼs scores, the Naxos site, the list of CDs by Spányi, the track list from HMV concerning the CD titled “C.P.E. Bach Edition\>, and lists by Ongaku no Tomo and Mr. Umezawa. Information is extracted from these sites and files using a Python program to create individual databases (dictionaries), which are then consolidated using another Python program. Despite this, there are still various inappropriate aspects remaining, which we plan to correct in the future.
